SMS Terms & Conditions

These terms cover text messages sent by BIZY TECHNOLOGIES LLC, trading as MightWork ("we," "us"), from (201) 770-6046, (209) 315-3622 or (833) 377-2603.

What you are agreeing to

Give us a mobile number on a MightWork form and BIZY TECHNOLOGIES LLC will text you about the thing you asked for: your enquiry, and any appointment you book. That is what the number is for, and you can stop it at any moment by replying STOP. Offers and marketing are a separate yes. Every form that asks for a number carries one box for that, and it is never ticked for you. The number field itself is optional and consent is not a condition of any purchase: you can book a consultation, become a client, and stay one, without ever agreeing to marketing texts.

What we send

Non-marketing. No box, and none needed: giving us your number in connection with an enquiry or a booking is the consent for these.

• Replies to something you asked us — a question about your quote, call, or account.
• A heads-up that your consultation is confirmed, or your monthly report is ready.
• Appointment confirmations and reminders for calls you booked with us.
• Service notices about work we are doing for you.

Marketing. The one box on the form, ticked by you or not at all: offers, new services, and things we think are worth testing. Handing over your number does not opt you into these, and leaving the box alone costs you nothing else on this page.

We do not text numbers we bought or scraped. Messages we send on behalf of a client business go out under that business's own consent, and under their own registration once it is approved — until then they may ride our toll-free number above. These terms cover the messages MightWork sends you about your own dealings with us.

How often

These are recurring messages. Message frequency varies with what you asked for — typically fewer than 6 messages per month, and often only when you write first.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the messages; your mobile carrier may.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message and we stop immediately — you will get one confirmation and nothing after that. Reply START to opt back in. Reply HELP for help, or reach a human at hello@mightwork.us or (201) 770-6046.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to your carrier's network and your device.

Your mobile information is not shared

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Sharing with the subcontractors who help us deliver the service — for example the messaging platform that carries the text — is permitted for that purpose only. None of the sharing categories in our Privacy Policy covers your text-messaging opt-in data or consent.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms — the date at the top says when they last changed — and a change describes the messages we send from that date onward. What it cannot do is the thing that would matter most: it does not change what you agreed to.

Your consent is the wording that was on the screen when you gave it. We keep that exact text, and the date, with your record. So if we ever want to send you something outside it — a new kind of message, or a lot more of them — we ask you again. We do not post a new page and call it permission.

If a change is not one you want, reply STOP to any message and it ends immediately.
